Leave2Collect

OOHPod’s Leave to Collect service lets you leave or hand over something safely without sharing your home address. Ideal for individuals and small businesses offering local collections.

How to use Leave to Collect.

Here’s how:

1. On OOHPod’s sending page, select Leave to Collect.
2. Create your shipment and enter the recipient’s contact details.
3. You’ll get a barcoded label – either print it or keep it on your phone. We recommend that you print this and attach it to your item, but if you don't have access to a printer, you can scan the barcode from your phone.
4. Bring your item to your nearest OOHPod locker, tap Drop Off on the screen, choose I am a Customer, and select OOHPod from the list of couriers.
5. Scan the barcode on the label (scanner is located below the screen on the left).
6. Enter your OOHID when prompted.
7. Place your parcel inside and close the door. The recipient will instantly get a text and email with their unique code to collect it.

Locker2Locker

With the Locker2Locker service, the shipper can drop off the parcel at a designated parcel shop or locker, and the recipient can pick it up from another locker of their choice.

This service provides flexibility, allowing both the sender and the recipient to manage the parcel at their convenience.

How to send a parcel from one OOHPod locker to another.

With OOHPod, you can now send a parcel from one locker to another across our locations in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Here’s how:

1. On OOHPod’s sending page, select Locker to Locker.
2. Create your shipment, choose your drop-off locker, and select the locker where your recipient will collect.
3. Print the shipping label and attach it securely to your parcel. (VERY Important: parcels without labels can’t be shipped, as we won’t know their destination.)
4. Bring your parcel to your chosen OOHPod locker location. On the screen, tap Drop Off and choose I am a Customer. Select UPS from the list of carriers as they are our trusted partner.
5. Scan the barcode on your label to open the locker.
6. Place your parcel inside and close the door.

From there, UPS will collect it, move it through their network, and deliver it to the destination locker.

Once it’s ready for collection, your recipient will get a text and email with their unique open code. You’ll also be able to track your parcel’s journey in real time.

Transit time: usually 3–5 days.

Locker2Door

With the Locker2Door service, the shipper can drop off the parcel at a designated parcel shop or locker, and UPS will deliver it directly to the recipient’s address.

Send a parcel from an OOHPod locker to an address.

Here’s how:

1. On OOHPod’s sending page, select Locker to Door.
2. Create your shipment, choose your drop-off locker, and enter the recipient’s address.
3. Print the shipping label and attach it securely to your parcel. (Important: parcels without labels can’t be shipped, as we won’t know their destination.)
4. Bring your parcel to your chosen OOHPod locker. On the screen, tap Drop Off, choose I am a Customer, and select UPS from the list of carriers as they are our trusted partner.
5. Scan the barcode on your label to open the locker.
6. Place your parcel inside and close the door.

From there, UPS will collect it, move it through their network, and deliver it to the recipient’s address.

You’ll be able to track your parcel’s journey in real time.
